By purchasing an EterLove promise ring, you agree to our unique One-Promise Rule: the recipient’s name and email can only be registered once. This is a symbolic commitment system, not a legally binding contract.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase:

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unworn and in original packaging
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Return shipping is free for defective items
